| Chicago Air and Water Show When: Saturday August 16th Why: Fundraiser for the Squadron. We sell calendars to the people on the beach, (easy sell), and MCCS gets usually $300.00-350.00 in Oct. This is a GREAT way to say THANK YOU to the squadron. The money is used to help purchase supplies for the following year. Be a team player, volunteer for this, sell the calendars, AND have time to enjoy the air show. We have seen Raptors, Stealth, Golden Eagles Parachute teams, and experience the ground shaking Blue Angels flying right over your head!! Uniform of the Day - BDUs, camelback/canteen/or water bottle, need form 60, CAP ID,and sunscreen. Time: Woodstock Train Station 0640 or Crystal Lake Train Station 0700 Return: Crystal Lake 1851,Woodstock 1901 Money: Need $20.00: $5.00 for train ride, $4.00 in ONE DOLLAR BILLS, in case we need to take the bus, (its $2.00 cash/one way with NO CHANGE). And $10.00 for supper in the train station on the way home. Lunch is given to all workers by CAP.
